For the last many months, at least since November, I’ve had projects that needed to be done yesterday. Urbana 2009 DVD, frontiermissionfellowship.org website, Campus community website, Property Services website, and the general maintenance of the other ~10 websites and technology needs I oversee.
Today my task management software went quiet….

It has been a long time coming, but this process was much more than just a new Org Chart. It was a very intentional, thoughtful and prayerful process. One that we had never done so the leadership moved with caution and much external guidance to make sure we do it right. So what is this box I mention?

That has a funny ring to it. I’m a Mr. (ok, so no change there), she is Mrs, we are ‘spouses’, husband wife…so many new ways to look at life.
